Development Status of EU's Information and Communication Service Industry and Its Enlightenment to China

Abstract

The information and communication service industry of EU develops fast,and has always been a leader around the world. Through analyzing the development status of EU's information and communication service industry and its promoting role in the national economy,its development strategy is summarized,which provides recommendations to the development of China's information service industry. China should improve laws and policies related to information services,focus on service innovation,and increase investment in ICT( information and communication technology) to improve information service productivity.
