Abstract

Objective To investigate low molecular heparin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods Fifty- eight patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the low molecular heparin treatment group and the control group, and 3 coagulation indicators and neurological function score were determined before treatment as well as at 3,7,21 and 30 days after treatment, and the results were compared. Results There was no significant difference in 3 coagulation indicators and neurological function score in the two groups before treatment. There was a significant difference PT and APTT in 3 coagulation indicators at 3,7,21 and 30 days after treatment and there was a significant difference in neurological score at 30 days after treatment. Conclusion Low molecular heparin combined with plasma AT- Ⅲ can inactivate Ⅹ a,low molecular heparin anticoagulation factor Ⅹ activity/anticlotting activity ratio is 1.5 ~ 4.0,which makes its antithrombotic effect and bleedingcaused effect separated, therefore maintaining the antithrombotic effect of heparin to reduce the risk of bleeding, and this can effectively block cerebral infarction progress, with a better therapeutic effect.
