Study of water consumption trend of Yangtze River Basin and controlling index of total water consumption

Abstract

The controlling index of water consumption is the important indexes of Three Red Line Principle,which is also the fundamental work of the implement of The Most Stringent Water Resources Management.We analyze the variation trend of total water consumption,water consumption by various industry sectors,water consumption efficiency and utilization level in the Yangtze River Basin and the second grade zone of water resources in the basin,further combining with economic and social development indexes and water consumption quota,the water consumption of Yangtze River Basin in 2020 and 2030 is predicted.The variation trend of water consumption of various industries is analyzed and the controlling index of total water consumption of Yangtze River Basin is put forward.
