Research of Integrated Water Consumption on the Weihe River Basin in Shaanxi Province

In order to strengthen the management of water resources and to achieve sustainable use of water resources,based on the measured data analysis of water balance of the Weihe River basin in Shaanxi Province,the paper researched the types of water consumption,water consumption composition and characteristics.The results show that the basin water consumption is basically groundwater,of which the largest proportion is rural life usage,about 75.47%,and the industrial and municipal use accounts for about 50%;water resources use of human being affects water runoff quantity and water quality.
