Abstract
In this present,Optimum hydrolysis conditions of Parenzyme to the Meretrix Meretrix Linnaeus are studied.Several factors such as pH,temperature, time and enzymes dosage of the hydrolysis are determined by single factor experiments and orthogonal experiment. The results show that optimal hydrolysis conditions of Parenzyme to the Meretrix Meretrix Linnaeus are respectively pH 8.5,temperature of 50 C,enzymes dosage of (87500:1) U / g,reaction time of 5h,and peptides of low molecular weight of 500-3500 Da can be prepared effectively.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
