Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects and mechanisms of the combined use of benazepril and sodium ferulate injection for treatment of early diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods One huandred and two cases of early DN patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. In the control group(n=51),the patients were received benazepril 100 mg/d,while in the experiment group(n=51) received benazepril 100 mg/d asoociated with sodium ferulate 0.3 g added in 0.9% solution of sodium ehoride 100 mL together driped by vein,qd.2 weeks was one treatment course, there was 2 day′s intermission. All treatment courses lasted 4 in both groups.urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER),fasting blood glucose(FBG),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr),triglyeride(TG),total cholesterol(TC) were deteded for all patients before and after therapy. The data obtained from two groups were compared each other and analysed statistically. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 76.47%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.20%,the clinical curative effect of the treatment group was better than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).In control group, after treatment, endogenous creatinine clearance rate(Scr),urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER),total cholesterol(TC) was lower than that was before treatment. In the treatment group, after treatment,UAER,FBG,BUN,Scr,TG were lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).UAER,FBG,Scr,TG,TC of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group after therapy, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Two groups of adverse reaction rate after the comparative difference was no statistically significant(χ2=0.435,P=0.510).Conclusion Combination of benazepril and sodium femlate injection with conventional western medication has a better effect on the treatment of early DN than only benazepril with conventional western medication.
