Research of the curative effect on Sodium Ferulate combined with Losartan in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Sodium Ferulate combined with Losartan in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods 60 cases of patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given single Losartan,and the observation group was given Losartan combined with Sodium Ferulate.After treatment for one month,the urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER),serum creatinine(Scr),endothelin-1(ET-1) and urinary β2 microglobulin(β2-MG) and the differences before and after therapy between the two groups were compared.Results Compared with control group,the UAER,Scr,ET-1 and β2-MG after treatment in the observation group were statistically significant(P 0.05).The UAER,Scr,ET-1 and β2-MG after treatment in the observation group were markedly decreased,the differences were statistically significant(P 0.01,P 0.05).The UAER,Scr,ET-1 after treatment in the control group were decreased than before treatment,and β2-MG was slightly increased than before treatment,but the differences were not statistically significant(P 0.05).Compared with the clinical effect after one month of the two groups,in observation group,there were 15 cases of excellent,13 cases of valid,2 cases of invalid and the total effective percentage was 93.33%;in control group,there were 13 cases of excellent,8 cases of valid,9 cases of invalid and the total effective percentage was 70.00%,there was statistically significant difference of the total effective percentage(P 0.05).Conclusion Sodium Ferulate combined with Losartan on early diabetic nephropathy has better effects than Losartan solely.
