Changing Tendency Research on the New Rural Cooperative Medical Scheme Medical Expenses

OBJECTIVE To describe the changing tendency of the New Rural Cooperative Medical Scheme medical expenses in Beijing S District as the actual case.METHODS Using trend analysis method,to fit the out-patient treatment expenses and the in-patient expenses respectively.RESULTS The average medical expenses of farmers who have participated the NCMS will be 1998 yuan and the average reimbursements will be 986 yuan in S District in 2011.CONCLUSIONS The medical expenses of NCMS present a rapidly rising trend,so many kinds of measures should be adopted to control this trend,and extending funding resources in order to achieve sustainable development of NCMS.
