Abstract
Through comparing the difference of small and medium enterprises' guarantee system between the Mainland's and Taiwan's, and analyzing the credit risks controlled model and the stable operation condition of credit guaranteed fund, this paper gives out some advice, Which help to build and improve our country's small and medium enterprises' credit guarantee system.
