Countermeasures selection to perfect credit guarantee system of medium and small enterprises

Abstract

By analyzing the problems existing in financing system of medium and small enterprises in our country,points out there are some difficulties to establish credit guarantee system of medium and small enterprise in our country,such as lack of necessary risk compensation system,the multielement of credit guarantee risk,lack of effective support from laws.Suggests that using external experiences for reference,combining the actual situations of our country,set down feasible and perfect countermeasures.
