Abstract
Inhibition action of benalaxyl、teasaponin and their mixture against Botrytis cinerea Pers(BC) was assayed in the laboratory using growth velocity method .Bioassay results showed that there were synergistic inhibition to mycelial growth of BC,EC50=110.63, CTC=163.84. When using the two compounds and the mixture of 1:4(B:T) there were no obvious inhibition to spore germination of BC, but couled delay spore germination.as well as could inhibit the growth of hypha but not killed it. When the mycelial suspension was treated with benalaxyl(25μg/mL),the results showed that the hyphae grew shorter with a few of branchs, mycelian septums emerged earlier, and ageing quickly, cellwall was thinner with much more transparent .
