Mining Countermeasures of Consolidation Potentiality on Rural Residential Land——a Case in Quzhou County Hebi Province

Consolidation potential and existing problems of rural residential land were analyzed in Quzhou County by using statistical and field survey methods.The results showed that: consolidation potentiality of rural residential land is great because its per capita area far exceeded its normal standard.Consolidation potential has not been mined reasonably because there are some problems such as building too fast,funding shortage,imperfect systems and technical issues.Several countermeasures were put forward,such as scientific planning of construction progress,diverse funding collection ways,perfecting system and so on.
