Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the strains of the clinically isolated pathogenic bacteria and their resistance to common antibiotics so as to provide reference for the rational use of antibiotics.METHODS:The resistance of common bacteria to antibiotics was detected adopting minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)or Kirby-Bauer(K-B)technique.RESULTS:A total of 1 973 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated from the inpatients, leading the first 7 places were coagulase-negative staphylococcus(15.97%),escherichia coil(14.29%),klebsiella pneumoniae(11.82%),candida albicans(11.10%),staphylococcus aureus(8.57%),enterococcus(7.75%),and pseudomonas aeruginosa(6.79%);a total of 490 strains were isolated from outpatients, leading the list were coagulase-negative staphylococcus(40.61%)and escherichia coli(30.0%);the detection rates of escherichia coli and klebsiella pneumoniae that can produce extend spectrum β-lactamase(ESBLs)were 48.7% and 47.1% separately, and those for methicillin resistant staphylococcus(MRSA)and methicillin resistant coagulase negative staphylococcus(MRCNS)were 67.6% and 56.4%,respectively in our hospital.Susceptibility test indicated that the antibiotics with lower drug resistance to escherichia coli included imipenem/cilastatin,meropenem,piperacillin/tazobactam et al;the drug resistance rate of klebsiella pneumonia to is higher than that of escherichia coli;the drug resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa was widespread and ever since the third season there has been bacteria resistant to imipenem/cilastatin and meropenem.MRSA and MRCNS resistant to vantamycin have not been found yet.CONCLUSION:Carrying out detecting susceptibility test and selecting antibiotics according to the susceptibility test result is of great importance for enhancing of clinical effect of antibiotics and decreasing of the occurrence of drug resistance bacteria.
