Abstract
This research, based on China's female triple jump athletes run-up technology and technique of the triple jump process and statistics, the shooting scene to the relevant technical data of foreign athletes, carried out the comparative analysis between the individuals with the following conclusions; At present, the Chinese female triple jumpers show the run-up speed peak moments before take off or board(penultimate step before 3m).Run-up rhythm accelerate the in type. The horizontal velocity taken by China's female triple jump athletes when taking off are much slower than that of foreign athletes. Therefore, further activities need to be done to improve run-up accelerate rhythm which could give full play to the level of speed. It therefore entail our potential technical training to improve athletic performance.
