Abstract

This article utilizes the literature material law,video analysis method,shooting method,made an analysis of our country outstanding female triple jump athletes' velocity changes in the first and second stages,and at the same time were compared to the world elite athletes.Furthermore it explored women's triple jump technology in the first and second jump speed distribution characteristics,to provide a theoretical reference for future teaching and training.
