Abstract

The Middle Route Project of the South-to-north Water Transfer is a giant project in new century. The investment management is the most important part of the construction and administration in the Middle Route Project. It is also the main aspect that the owner concerns. The result of investment management will affect the characteristics of technology and economy in the Middle Route Project. This paper discusses the owner's investment management in the Middle Route Project of the South-to-north Water Transfer.
