Observation on curative effect of budesonide combined with salbutamol atomization inhalation in the treatment of AECOPD

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of combined atomization method in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary.METHODS 130 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,in which the observation group was treated with budesonide combined with salbutamol,while the control group only with albuterol treatment,pulmonary function,clinical efficacy and adverse reaction in two groups were observed before and after treatment.RESULTS After treatment,various indices of lung function in the observation group were different comparing with the control group,the difference was significant(P﹤0.05),the lung function indices in observation group were better than control group.After the end of treatment,clinical effect were observed,the clinical curative effect of observation group was significantly better than the control group(P﹤0.05).2 cases in observation group occured mild throat discomfort symptoms,1 case with elevated blood glucose level;2 cases in the control group were with palpitations,1 case with tremor,but more adverse reactions were mild,symptoms disappeared after symptomatic treatment.The incidence rates of adverse reactions in two groups had no significant difference(P﹥0.05).CONCLUSION Budesonide combined with salbutamol atomization inhalation in the treatment of AECOPD has a certain practical value.
