Observation of 112 cases condyloma acuminatum treatment

Objective:To observe the effect of cell Factor preventing recurrence condyloma acuminate (CA) after the operation on erase warts by laser.Methods:112 cases with CA were randomly divided into two groups. Group l: treatment by laser only.group2:laser plus cell factors treatment.Levels of serum .Levels of serum IL-2 and peripheral blood T subsets were measured before and after the therapy.6 months follow up was given and the recurrence rates were also recorded.Results:levels of serum IL-2 and peripheral blood CD4~+ T subsets increased significantly and recurrence rate was 12.32% after the therapy .Conclusion:Immunoreactivity of patients with CA could be enhanced and Recurrence rates of CA were lowered significantly after the cell factors treatments.
