Abstract

Prosecutorial organizations own the enforcement power of detention in cases involved.The purpose is to ensure smoothly the collection of evidence,improve the efficiency,safeguard the supervision,and eliminate the resistance.For the implementation of criminal detention,we should take such measures as the informing obligation,supervision,examination of the arrested,punishment,and the judicial remedy.
