Study on Einforcing Environmental Impact Assessment in the Construction Procedures of Urban Sewage Treatment Plant

This paper introduces the construction procedures of sewage treatment plants and the development of environmental impact assessment,taking Jiangxi Sewage Treatment Plant as an example,and points out that the city's planning department should reinforce environmental impact assessment in the planning development process so that sewage treatment plant construction programs proceeds smoothly.It also points out that the functional departments about health,geology,planning,land,environmental protection and so on,while fomulating regulations and policies,Should give play to the a coordinating mechanism,and reach consensus about the relevant aspects of the project,to ensure the smoothly building of sewage treatment plants and other municipal projects,so as to promote the better development of the city.
