Abstract
It will bring about more opportunities for higher education with the expansion of the enrollment of college students, but it will also bring about the decline of the teaching qualities. Many countries have met the same problem. Compared with the other countries' rectification of the enrollment reform policy, it will be the first step for reforming our enrollment policy to ensure the undergraduate's quality.
