Abstract

In this experiment,Oryza sativa ssp.japonica Nippobare mature seeds were used to initiate calli and NB media supplemented with different concentrations and combinations of 2,4D (2,4dichlorophenoxy acetic acid) and 6BA(6benzylaminopurine)was used for callus initiation. The effects of the two plant horome were analyzed by counting the initiation rate and regeneration rate. The results showed that 2,4D was a necessary factor in callus initiation, the media with both 2,4D and 6BA would have a better effect on mature embryo culture. For Oryza sativa ssp.japonica Nippobare 2.0?mg/L of 2,4D and 0.5?mg/L of 6BA added in culture media express the highest initiation rate;2.0?mg/L of (2,4D) and 0.2?mg/L of 6BA added in culture media express the highest regeneration rate and culture ability.
