Abstract
A reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic method with photodiode array detection was applied for the quality control of Flos lonicerae.Rutin and quercetin in Flos lonicerae were separated in a Nova-Pak C18 column with methanol-0.3% H_3PO_4(50∶50,v/v) as mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.6 ml/min.The column temperature was controlled at 25 ℃ and the wavelength of detector was set at 256 nm.The average recoveries of rutin and quercetin were 97.9% and 96.3%.RSD were 1.5% and 1.3%,respectively.The method was simple, sensitive, precise and reproducible, and can be used to determine two flavonoid components of Flos lonicerae.
