Abstract
To compare the different therapeutic means including minimally invasive surgery and conservative treatment in the hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,82 patients of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups. The research group with minimally invasive surgery, the control group with conservative treatment, and were compared their effective outcome, complications and mortality. The clinical efficiency of research group(92.68%) is better than the control group(70.73%)(P0.05);the research group(7.32%,2.43 %) in the complications and mortality is lower than the control group(29.27%,14.53%)(P0.05).Minimally invasive surgery in the hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with moderate bleeding may improve the effective outcome and reduce the complications and mortality.
