Research on innovational pattern of practical teaching about tourism management specialty——Construction and practice of "Three-Three-Two" pattern

Nowadays an important reason of wrongly matching both between tourism education and development of tourism industry and between student's record and ability in high education of China is that current pattern of practical teaching lags the developmental need of tourism industry. The construction and practice of three-three-two pattern on practical teaching of tourism management specialty is an innovational exploration on the current pattern of practical teaching, which brings a fairish referenced value and instructional significance on settling existing problems and facing difficulties of practical teaching about tourism management specialty of in Chinese higher education and pulling reform and innovation of talent's cultivation pattern about tourism management. The paper expounds the theoretical foundation, basic idea, constructional aim, pattern system and practical strategy of three-three-two pattern constructed.
