Clinical Research of Shuganjianpi Drink in Treating Diabetic Gastroparesis

Abstract
Objective:Observing the therapeutic effect of Shuganjianpi drink in diabetic gastroparesis.Methods:60 patients with diabetic gastroparesis were randomly divided into two groups of 30 persons,test group was given Shuganjianpi drink a day; control group was given domperidone,10 mg per day,three times; 60 patients were treated for 4 weeks.Results:Shuganjianpi drink and domperidone in improving symptoms,increase gastric emptying rate and reduce the level of motilin has a very good role,but the two groups,test group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:Shuganjianpi drink in treating diabetic gastroparesis has good efficacy,suggesting Shuganjianpi is an important treatment in improving gastric emptying in patients with diabetes.
