Abstract
This paper discusses the policies of imperialist powers and their aggression activities in the northeast of China on the eve of the Revolution of 1911,and how the authorities of the Qing Dynasty reacted to the foreign powers.Besides,the analysis of the Manchurian policies of foreign powers and the appraisal to the result of the countermeasures of the Qing Dynasty are involved.
