Standard Knowledge Spillover and Its Frontiers

Literature,patent and standard are three milestones in theoretical,technological innovation and industrial development.Standard plays a positive role in technology innovation diffusion.Standard knowledge also occurs spillover process.Referring to theory and methodology of knowledge spillover,this paper first analyzes multiple economic roles of standard,and further put forward a classification of standard knowledge as explicit and tacit.Accordingly,three questions have been analyzed,as standard knowledge spillover measurement,spillover network,and standardization innovation aggregation.
