A Research on the Spillover Patterns of Technique Standard Knowledge at Enterprises

The spillover of knowledge is one of the focus topic domestic and aboard,and the spillover of standard knowledge among enterprises is problem in this article's research.Based on the investigation of enterprises all over the country from several kinds of industry including machine,power,trade,service,high-tech etc.,the author analyzes the behavior of enterprises on diffusion and spillover of standard knowledge.The study shows that the primary propellant of this kind of behavior is economic consideration,human resource,RD and management of standard,study activity,etc.This research can be helpful on realizing the features of the function and movement of innovation diffusion and knowledge.
