Abstract
According to the analysis of the knowledge spillover effects in regional innovation network system, this article has brought forward market regulation mechanism of knowledge spillover, considering that under the definite arrangement of institution, the market will regulate knowledge spillover, knowledge spillover will attain balanced state, and this kind of regulation will prompt the spiral development of regional innovational network, based on these, this article has also analyzed the circular process of knowledge spillover and knowledge absorption.
