Abstract
Objective:Testing IgM antibody of measles in Puning during 2005-2009 to analyze the epidemic features and provide strategies for its prevention and control. Methods:IgM antibody was measured by IgM-capture ELISA in all suspected measles cases between 2005-2009.Results:The overall positive rate of IgM in measles is 86.42%.Patients were between 0~10 years old.86.98% of Patients with measles came from Puning. Conclusion:The control of measles is very impactful, due to the incidence of measles in 2009 is much lower than that between 2006-2008.We will elimcnate measle in 2012.
