Abstract
The effects of NaCl stress on growth and antioxidant systems of cell membrane of cucumber seedlings under pot filling sand were studied. The results showed that at salt concentration of 45~90 mmol·L-1 on the dry weight(DW),fresh weight(FW),root activity and salt injury indexes of seedlings were not affected obviously within 5 days and 3days.But DW,FW,root activity decreased, and salt injury indexes enhanced as the NaCl stress extended. When the concentration of NaCl was increased to 180 mmol·L-1,the growth of seedlings was obviously inhibited.Electrolytic leakage,SOD activity,MDA content increased, and lipid peroxidation enhanced.
