On the Psychological Qualities and Its Promotion of Party and Government Cadres

Psychological disposition of Party and Government is not only related the health and development of their own but directly impact on the Party and cadre ranks.Through questionnaire investigation and case interview,this article has given an objective analysis on the psychological quality status of Party and Government cadres,and the policy of engineering on promoting psychological quality of party and Government cadres was thus made.That is to bring the work of strengthening psychological health of Party and Government to the agenda of Party Committee and Government work,to use multiple ways to carry out activities of psychological health education to Party and Government cadres,to establish psychological health service institutions for Party and Government cadres,to successfully do assessment and examination work of Party and Government and to strengthen the research on psychological quality of Party and Government cadres.
