Abstract

Nurturing and selecting cadres from non-Party members is a very important task connected with our Party's construction. The deepening of the work will widen the social basis for the Party's administration, raise the cadres' general aptitude and quality,promote the cadres' intellectualization,and specialization,and further the improvement of our Party's ideological and political working methods.
