Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Integrated Traditional and Western medicine treatment for vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo.Methods:66 patients with vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo were randomly divided into 2 groups.Control group received 500mL low molecular weight dextran plus CiWuJia 60 mL and venoruton 0.6 g,1 times /d,intravenous infusion for 10 days.Treatment group was added based on traditional Chinese medicine on the basis treatment of control group. Results:The effective rate and total effective rate in the treatment was significantly higher in the control group. Conclusion:Combination treatment may improve cerebral blood flow and other symptoms and improve clinical efficacy for vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency dizziness and vertigo.
