Abstract
Abstrcat A thin layer scanning method was established for the determination of resveratrol in Polygonum cuspidatum. Using silica gel as the layer plate and CHCl_3-CH_3COCH_3-CH_3COOH-H_2O(4∶4∶0.5∶0.2) as the developing system, scanning by ultra-light(306nm).The linearity is Y=(13.826 S~*10~(-6))-0.8698 (Y: the content of reseveratrol ug/ml,S: area of the peak). And determine content of resveratrol in rootstems rootsleaves of Polygonum cuspidatum. The result shows that the content of resveratrol in fresh rootstems of Polygonum cuspidatum is (0.548%).
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
