Design and Implementation of Service-Oriented Government Performance Evaluation Based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process

In order to solve the problem of the qualitative and quantitative evaluation to the reasonable combination in service oriented government performance evaluation,this paper takes the form of questionnaire survey,and according to the experts' opinion among questionnaire,screens out more important indexes,regarding the government performance evaluation index system formed initially from the questionnaire collected of{X}as a fuzzy set,each evaluation index is regarded as one of the elements,to analyze membership degree of each evaluation index,through mutual comparison to determine the weight of each criterion for the target,to construct judgment matrix at the same time,to order in single level,whole system and the consistency check for it,and uses the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate analyze.The results show that through specific subdivision index quantification,it makes the assessment result more scientific,and objective,makes a scientific evaluation of the merits of the things,and provides theoretical basis for the correct decision.
