Abstract
In order to solve the problems existing in executing the companies' strategy aim,and enhance the rationality of performance evaluation. The author do a deep research on the existing theories and methods, key evaluation index are extracted from companies ' strategy aim combined with balanced score card theory, and then evaluation index are decomposed to every evaluation object using decomposition matrix. The next we use AHP to determine the weight of each index, then the performance evaluation index system and the evaluation model are established, which can guide and encourage employees to work to the benefit of corporate strategy. The developed system has been applied in a printing company and received good results, which proved the feasibility and validity of the model.
