Abstract
Objective:Cloning of ubiquitin extension gene from Paeonia suffruticosa, was the foundation of further research and gene expression study.Method:Total RNA was extracted from leaves, petals and sepals. Then reverse transcripted by M-MLV.Result:A 389bp fragment was obtained by Nest PCR,which encoded 129 amino acid residues. Conclusion:The fragment showed 100% identities with Arabidopsis thaliana,Solanum tuberosum,Oryza sativa,et al,while similarities of the deduced amino acid were more than 94% .
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
