The Observation of the Effect for Metoprolol and Amiodarone in the Treatment of 98 Cases with Tachyarrhythmia

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy for Metoprolol and amiodarone in the treatment of tachyarrhythmia.Methods 196 cases of tachyarrhythmia patients were chosen as the research object.They were divided into the control group and the observation group in accordance with the digital random table method,and 98 cases in each group.The control group was taken with amiodarone,and the observation group was taken with metoprolol on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the differences between groups were significant(P0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups of patients was without significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol and amiodarone in the treatment of tachyarrhythmia has the advantages of safety and certain efficacy,it is of a certain clinical value.
