Abstract
The contents of serious fatty acids in muscles of cashmere goats were determined by using external standard method with GC-2014 gas chromatography and SP-2560 capillary gas chromatographic column. Results showed that the method was simple and fast;the long-chain fatty acids more than the 10th carbon had a good linear range, and the correlation coefficient was more than 0.999 1;the recoveries was 88.29%-96.21%,and the relative standard deviation was less 5%.
