Abstract

Our Party has always attached great importance to the training of leading cadres,and there are especially higher demands for the leading cadres,for which several generation cores of leadership of the Party have such incisive doctrines as setting up and strengthening three concepts,firmly experiencing three ordeals,handling three relationships,and improving three abilities.Such are the fundamental demands for the leading cadres in building a harmonious socialist society.
