Status Quo and Countermeasures of Physical Education in Border Rural Middle Schools

The current situation of physical education in rural middle schools in the border areas are not satisfying.Old teaching mode has constrained the new curriculum reform and hindered the process of quality education.Therefore,the paper suggests new teaching mode be explored,software and hardware for physical education be constructed,physical education evaluation system be improved so as to accelerate the quality of physical education in border rural middle schools and promote the comprehensive development of students' overall qualities.
