Abstract
Industrial clusters innovation is important symbol of regional competitiveness,it is nessarily connected with the regional innovation system.The government could make policies to combine industrial clusters innovation and regional innovation system for optimizing regional innovation environment and promoting regional innovation capability.The economic problem of Wuhan city circle is large but not strong,and fast but not good in respect of industrial clusters innovation based on regional innovation system.For this reason,the research on reinforcing industrial clusters innovation application based on regional innovation system has realistic significance.
