Early Typing Predictive Value of Fibrinogen and D-dimer in Acute Pancreatitis Diagnosis

Objective To determine the platelet count(PLT),prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(FIB) concentration,the level of D-dimer(D-D) in patients with acute pancreatitis(AP),so as to evaluate their predictive value in early typing of AP.Methods The levels of PLT,PT,APTT,FIB,TT,D-D were determined in 94 cases of patients with AP admission within 24 h,then the correlation between determined results and clinical typing(SAP or MAP) were analyzed.Results The levels of PLT,PT,APTT,FIB,TT,D-D in patients of SAP group were significantly higer than those of MAP group and control group,excluding PLT(P0.05).The concentration of FIB and value of D-D had linear correlation with APACHEⅡ score(r=0.82 and 0.84,P0.05).Coclusion The monitoring of FIB and D-D levels may be helpful for AP evaluation in clinical.
