Abstract
Through interviews and surveys of 951 farmers in Hunan Province, factors affecting the farmers' grain-growing willingness are divided into four categories,i.e.farmers' own circumstances, farmers' grain production, farmers' attitude towards grain production, and farmers' attitude towards the government's inputs.By analysis of tomography model, this paper concludes that such variables as farmers' evaluation of grain prices, farmers' evaluation of the services for grain production technology, farmers' initiatives for grain-growing,and farmers' grain-growing areas have a significant influence on farmers' grain-growing willingness.
