Abstract

There is Cu 0.197%,WO3 0.212% and S 6.32% in a Cu-W ore.For the full development and utilization of mineral resources, and preparing for the subsequent separation of tungsten minerals from the ore,a separation process of copper minerals and sulfur minerals was studied.According to the characteristic of lower copper and higher sulfur, using selective flotation of copper and then activation of sulfur flotation process, copper concentrate of Cu 20.613% with a recovery of 84.93% and sulfur concentrate of S 42.63% with a recovery of 87.20% were obtained respectively.
