Abstract

The floatation process for a refractory copper sulfur ore is investigated in order for improving the copper recovery. The excellent floating indexes are achieved with run-off-mine ore containing 1.09% copper and 32% sulfur by using of ZH-01 collector and combined depressor of lime,Na_2S and KG.The grades of copper and gold in the copper concentrate are 14.2% and 3.7g/t,and the recovery are 70.30% and 33.5%,respectively,and the tailings are the sulfur concentrate. The recovery for the copper and gold are increased by 10% and 11% on the base of the spot production process.
