Abstract
The organization characteristics of AutoCAD data and GIS data are discussed based on the heterogeneity of the two data,and the conversion mechanism of the two data is analyzed.The transformation methods and procedures are described in detail,taking the conversion from AutoCAD to MapGIS as an example.
