Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of compound sophora injection on serum IL-1β and TNF-α in rats with rheumatoid arthritis, and discuss its mechanism. Methods:Experimental model was induced by type II collagen, the inhibitory effect of injection on rats' paw edema was observed, and serum IL-1β and TNF-α level were determined. Results:Compound sophora injection could inhibit rats' paw edema obviously, and lowered serum IL-1β and TNF-α level of rheumatoid arthritis rats. Conclusion:Compound sophora injection could lower serum IL-1β and TNF-α level which maybe one of the mechanism that compound sophora injection effectively treated rheumatoid arthritis.
